Keep your rental ID or payment reference, the time of the issue, and a screenshot of any error ready. Find these in My rentals or Transactions.
Never share your password, verification codes or payment card details.
Step-by-step tutorials
Buy and receive a number
- Open Buy a number and choose your service and country.
- Review the available price and your live wallet balance.
- Confirm Rent number, then open My rentals to find your allocated number.
Receive and copy your SMS code
- Copy your number from My rentals and enter it in the service you selected.
- Keep My rentals open. The waiting countdown updates every second and the SMS code appears automatically when received.
- Use Refresh status to check again, then Copy code when your code arrives.
- Choose Complete rental when you have finished. Wait for the confirmation message.
Top up your wallet
- Open My wallet and enter the amount you want to add.
- Continue to Kora checkout and follow the payment instructions.
- Return to your wallet and check the verified payment and balance.
Cancel a rental or check a refund
- Open My rentals and locate the number waiting for a code.
- Choose Cancel & request refund before a code arrives.
- Wait for provider confirmation. Check cancellation again if it is pending.
A refund is applied only after cancellation is confirmed. An expired countdown alone does not confirm a refund.
Payment made but balance has not updated
- Open My wallet to check the payment status, then refresh your dashboard.
- Check Transactions for a matching credit and reference.
- Keep the payment reference and receipt ready if the payment remains unresolved.
Reset your password
- Open Forgot password and enter your account email address.
- Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset email.
- Follow the reset link and choose a strong new password.
